Bernadette Petitpas, MBA, CHRP
Bernadette advises on strategy, business and human resources, for developments and transformations that create shared value. Sound governance, design thinking, concern for inclusiveness, innovation and efficiency are also on the menu.
She was first ICF certified in 2016, and accompanies and coaches leaders of private and public organizations, entrepreneurs, management or management teams, people who aspire to develop, and then to inspire.
Bernadette gives training and leads workshops, intended for a specific organization as well as for diverse audiences, such as for example at the Agile Tour in 2019 and 2022.
She writes articles, for blogs of course, but also for reference sites or magazines and has co-authored a book: Where is my beaten path? Strategic thinking to move differently towards healthy value creation.
